Acceptable Use Policy

This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. It exists because Enrichr is a capable tool, and capability cuts both ways.
Enrichr sees exactly what a visitor’s browser sees. It does not break
encryption, guess credentials, or defeat access controls — and you must not
use it as one step in a process that does.
You may
- Analyse your own sites, and sites you are engaged to work on.
- Study publicly reachable pages to understand how an effect was built.
- Audit performance, accessibility, and the assets a page loads.
- Learn from a technique and apply that understanding to your own work.
You may not
- Bypass access controls. Do not use the Service to reach material behind a login, paywall or entitlement you do not hold, including by supplying session cookies you are not authorised to use.
- Ignore a site’s stated wishes. Respect
robots.txt, rate limits, and the terms of the site you visit. Those terms bind you, not us. - Burden a site. No high-volume or automated sweeps that degrade a target’s service for its real users.
- Reproduce protected work. Do not use the output to make a copy that infringes copyright, trademark, trade dress or design rights. Understanding how a thing was built is not permission to duplicate it.
- Harvest personal data, or build profiles of individuals.
- Attack anyone. No vulnerability probing, credential testing, or reconnaissance for an intrusion you are not authorised to perform.
- Target private infrastructure. Requests to private and internal address ranges are blocked, and you must not attempt to defeat that.
A note on cloning
People often reach for a tool like this to rebuild a design they admire. Learning from a technique is ordinary practice and entirely fine. Shipping a copy of someone’s site is not, and that Enrichr made it easy has never been a defence anyone won with. If your intent is to reproduce a specific commercial design closely, get legal advice first.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate an account we reasonably believe is in breach, without notice where the breach is serious. Report abuse to hello@chris.dev.
